JPC CONTRACTORS, LLC (NMU001505): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted in response to a citizenýs complaint at the residential construction site at Rosario Hill Development, Santa Fe, New Mexico, on January 13, 2006. It was determined that the Respondent had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) nor submitted a Notice of Intent (NOI). An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
