This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to RCRA issued under the expedited settlement (field citation) program of RCRA-UST. A field citation was presented to the operator of the USTs at Pinon Unified School District #4 on 8/23/05 for failing to: 1) conduct annual tightness tests of pressured piping; 2) conduct annual tests of line leak detectors; and 3) install a properly designed cathodic protection system. This action establishes a penalty of $750.
