This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the State of California. This AOC resolves outstanding cost recovery issues at the Stringfellow Superfund Site. The AOC generally incorporates the terms of an earlier audit conducted by the Inspector General (IG). Site expenses are detailed in a document known as the State Cooperative Agreement. Issuance of the present AOC allows EPA to close outstanding accounts.
