On January 20, 2006 EPA and NYSDEC inspectors inspected the Motoran facility to determine compliance with the Secondary Aluminum regulations (Subpart RRR). Upon inspection, EPA found Motoran to be in violation of several components of the RRR regulations. The facility was not operating at the time of the inspection.
