This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) resolving the liability of 257 de minimis parties at the Casmalia Superfund Site under CERCLA 122(g) and RCRA 7003. Pursuant to the AOC, each party will pay its share of estimated response costs, plus a premium, in exchange for extensive releases from liability from the U.S. EPA, DOJ and several federal Natural Resource Trustees.
