EPA Region III filed a complaint and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing against Fisher & Thompson, Inc. (F&T) for alleged violations of FIFRA, and implementing Pesticide Programs regulaltions. The alleged violations were discovered as a result of a February 13, 2004 inspection of the F&T facility, located a 15 Newport Road in Leola, PA., conducted by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture. F&T is a Pennsylvania corporation that retails milking equipment and supplies, installs milking equipment, and employs over 50 people.
