Respondent is a corporation in the state of New Mexico and operates a construction project and as such, is a Permitee subject to the regulations of the Clean Water Act and the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Storm Water Regulations. The Permitee owned or operated the La Quinta Inn & Suites construction project located at 2115 West U.S. 70, Ruidoso Downs, NM 88346. The Respondent was in violation of the CWA and is being issued an Administrative Order for Compliance.
