This administrative order is issued to the Lindon City Public Water System for failure to conduct a Vulnerability Assessment (VA); certify and submit a copy of the assessment to the EPA Administrator; prepare and/or revise an emergency response plan that incorporates the results of the VA; and certify to the EPA Administrator that the system has completed or updated its emergency response plan.
