This is an Administrative Order (AO) pursuant to the SDWA issued to the Lake Arrowhead CSD. The violation involves failure by the City to comply with the planning and reporting requirements of the Bioterrorism section of the SDWA Section 1433. The Order requires the submission of a Vulnerability Assessment, a Vulnerability Assessment Certification and an Emergency Response Plan Certification by approximately September 30, 2006.
