This Administrative Order is issued to the Turnerville Water & Sewer District for failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; for exceeding the MCL for total coliform bacteria, failure to monitor for lead & copper, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA.
