The facility was inspected by the EPA on June 4, 2009, the inspector observed where oil field brine had been discharged from a manfold to a tributary of Hominy Creek and to Hominy Creek.  Fluids located in the tributary of Hominy Creek measured 16,500 parts-per-million total soluble salts.
