Violation: Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of a pollutant to a waters of the US. The facility was inspected by the EPA on June 10, 2009, in which the EPA observed a discharge of oil field brine from a manifold located at the facility to Demijohn Creek.
Relief: An Administritive Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring the following: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove all brine from the flow path located in-between the manifold and Demijohn Creek; and to submit written certification that the Order was complied with.
