Administrative Order(AO)issued on July 2, 2009 for failure to collect conduct initial source water monitoring for Cryptosporidium, E. coli and turbidity within two days before or two days after the monthly sampling date in approved source water monitoring plan for April, July, September, October, and December of 2008, and February, March, and June of 2009. The AO requires the system to monitor on time from July 2009 through March 2010, collect a second Cryptosporidium matrix spike sample with or before the 21st field sample, and submit the initial bin classification.
