Administrative Order (AO)issued on July 6, 2009 for failure to conduct initial source water monitoring for E. coli bacteria once every two weeks during all of November 2008 and the first two weeks of December 2008 according to its approved LT2 source water monitoring plan. The AO requires system to sample for E. coli within two days before or two days after: November 4, 2009, November 18, 2009, and December 2, 2009, as specified in its revised sampling schedule, approved by U.S. EPA on June 30, 2009.
System met the requirements of the AO by conducting source water monitoring for E. coli bacteria according to its EPA approved source water monitoring plan and revised sampling schedule. System collected an E. coli sample within two days before or two days after:

 December 2, 2009
System also reported the sample results to EPA. Finally, system provided public notice for the violations cited in the AO. A letter terminating the AO was issued on February 22, 2010.
