Violation: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source discharge of a pollutant to a waters of the US. The facility was inspected by the EPA on June 9, 2009. During the inspection the EPA had observed that the facility had an unauthorized discharge of oil field brine to Camp Creek on or about the inspection date.
Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring the following: cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove all brine from a pit at the facility; remove all brine from the flow path located in-between the facility and Camp Creek; remove all the brine from Camp Creek; and to submit written certification.
