Violation: Respondent owened or operated oil and gas production facilities in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. The Respondent's oil field facilities were point sources of discharges of a pollutant to waters of the US. The facilities were inspected by the EPA and it was observed that the facilities had discharged oil field brine to waters of the US. An administrative penalty order is issued for the violations.
