The Weyerhaeuser Warrenton Lumber Mill facility self-disclosed on June 27, 2008 for failure to file Form Rs for acetaldehyde for reporting years 2004 and 2006. The facility (located in Warrenton, OR) submitted documentation addressing the nine criteria of the Audit Policy which qualified them for a waiver of gravity-based penalties for the EPCRA 313 violations.
