Fluid Motion LLC failed to file a TRI Form R report for the TRI chemical styrene by the reporting deadline in reporting years 2004, 2006, and 2007 as required by Section 313 of EPCRA. Fluid Motion LLC agreed to settle with EPA regarding the alleged violations by means of a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO). The terms of the CAFO require Fluid Motion to pay a penalty of $2,850 and to perform a SEP to reduce emissions of styrene from their manufacturing process.
