This Agreement and Covenant Not to Sue is entered into by EPA and the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City. Settling Respondent desires to acquire certain real property in Salt Lake City that comprises the south-east portion of the Utah Power & Light/American Barrel Superfund Site.
