This Administrative Order is issued to Tweed, LLC, owners of the Black Angus Restaurant and Casino, for exceeding the MCL for total coliform bacteria, failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA and the State.
