Ken, Jill and Casey Stutzman, and Stutzman, Inc. violated the terms of the Construction General Permit (CGP) by failing to obtain coverage under the CGP, failing to conduct and/or document required self-inspections, failing to install and/or maintain storm water controls and failing to include all required elements of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
