The Town of Mesilla failed to submit a Storm Water Management Program (SWMP) and a Notice of Intent for permit coverage under the General Permit for Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems. An administrative order is being issued requesting that both those items be submitted to the EPA within 30 days.
