This Administrative Order is issued to the Sunset Park Water Company for failure to monitor for nitrate, exceeding the MCL for total coliform bacteria, failure to monitor for inorganic contaminants, failure to monitor for pesticide/herbicide contaminants, failure to monitor for lead and copper, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA and the State.
