This Administrative Order is issued to East Carbon City for failure to monitor for E. coli, failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to monitor for inorganic chemicals, failure to monitor for disinfection byproducts, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to the State and EPA.
