This Administrative Order is issued to Dutch John PWS for failure to monitor for E.coli, failure to monitor for lead and copper, failure to monitor for residual disinfectant concentration, failure to monitor for turbidity, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA and the State.
