On 8/16/10, EPA settled a CWA administrative penalty action against the Town of Eastham, MA for its failure to take required measures to detect and eliminate illicit discharges under EPAÂs NPDES General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems. The Town agreed to pay a penalty of $2,250 and implement a supplemental environmental project worth at least $25,059.
