This Administrative Compliance Order (ACO) addressed EPAÂs findings that Greenwood Abatement Consultant (Greenwood) failed to comply with the notification requirements of the Asbestos NESHAP. The ACO requires Greenwood to wait ten working prior to starting all future demolitions/renovations that are subject to the asbestos NESHAP.
