This Proposed Compliance Order, Penalty Complaint and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing is issued to Tweet's Auto Care for owning, operating or maintaining a Class V disposal well which, through injection activity, allows the movement of fluid containing any contaminant into underground sources of drinking water, and for operating a motor vehicle waste disposal well after the 1/1/2007 ban of all motor vehicle waste disposal wells.
