A federal interagency agreement was entered into by EPA and the US Army Corps of Engineers for the cleanup of Middlesex Sampling plant site, a federal facility. The US Department of Energy also signed for its operation and maintenance obligations pursuant to a Memorandum of Agreement between the Army Corps and DOE.
ROD signed on September 9, 2021 which presents the Selected Remedy for the Groundwater OU2 at the MSP site.
