PRM Concrete operated a ready-mix concrete facility at the site until 09/22/2010. Following the cessation of operations, PRM changed its name to Bishop's Bend Development Corporation. The complaint alleged discharges of stormwater and process waterwater without NPDES authorization to municipal storm water catch basins and the Seekonk River from 10/05 until 08/08. Bishop's Bend Development Corp fka PRM Concrete will pay a penalty of $60,000.
