This Administrative Order is issued to the Sorrel River Ranch PWS for failure to submit a Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule source water sampling schedule to the State, failure to monitor for E. coli, failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, failure to report turbidity monitoring results, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to the State and EPA.
