On 5/19/10, EPA issued a CWA administrative order to the Beacon Mobile Home Park of West Bridgewater, MA for unpermitted fill of 3.5 acres of wetlands and construction of flood protection berm in wetlands to expand the mobile home park and for flood protection of the park.
