FEDERAL FACILITY AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO CERCLA SECTION 120(E)
Brandywine DRMO OU-03 ROD signed 03/28/2018: The ROD calls for installation of an electrical resistance heating and vapor recovery system. The system will be installed to a depth of approximately forty feet to treat dense non-aqueous phase liquid of TCE and highly contaminated groundwater. It is anticipated that the system will operate for about one year.
