AgLink failed to submit an RMP for the five year update on or before the next due date (anniversary date) for each of the following six ammonia fertilizer facilities: (1) Facility ID 100000029426, Almira - Fertilizer Facility, North Railroad Ave, Almira, Washington due 6/16/2009; (2) Facility ID 100000186808, Davenport Fertilizer Facility, 39100 Sunset Highway Road East, Davenport, Washington due 6/16/2009; (3) Facility ID 100000152149, Edwall Fertilizer Facility, 16715 North Westerberg, Edwall, Washington due 6/18/2009; (4) Facility ID 100000152185, Rearden Fertilizer Facility, 810 West Broadway, Reardan, Washington due 6/16/2009; (5) Facility ID 100000186853, St. Andrews Fertilizer Facility, 1600 Road 6 North East, Coulee City, Washington due 6/15/2009; and (6) Facility ID 100000023244, Wilbur Fertilizer Facility, 13978 State Route 2 East, Wilbur, Washington due 6/16/2009. On 9/9/2009, AgLink submitted an RMP for each facility for the five year update to EPA.
