This Administrative Order is issued to Beaverhead County Jackson Water & Sewer District for failure to monitor for arsenic, exceeding the maximum contaminant level for arsenic, failure to prepare and distribute an annual consumer confidence report for 2007, failure to notify the public of the violations, and failure to report the violations to the State and EPA.
