## Summary

On December 2, 2010, the Regional Judicial Officer entered a Final Order ratifying a Consent Agreement between EPA and the L.C.W., Inc., d/b/a Kwik Lube (AKwik Lube@).  The CAFO concluded EPA=s allegations brought against Kwik Lube in a December 2009 Administrative Complaint for violations of the RCRA I regulations.  These violations were identified during an EPA inspection of Kwik Lube’s Huntington, West Virginia Facility in November 2007.  The USTs at the Facility were removed after the Administrative Complaint was filed.  No contamination was found in the excavation of the USTs.
