A compliance evaluation inspection was conducted on June 10, 2009, at the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Red River, NM. At the time of the inspection, it was determined that the plant had never applied for coverage under the Multi-sector General Permit for Stormwater discharges. An administrative order was issued to address this violation.
