On October 20 2010, Region 1 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to Micronetics, Inc. for its failure to file EPCRA Section 312 chemical inventory forms (Tier II forms). The company failed to file a Tier II form for liquid nitrogen at its Hudson, New Hampshire facility for reporting year 2008. The company has signed the ESA, and has agreed to pay $2,000 in penalties.
