Issued AO for noncompliance of General CAFO permit. The violations were identified during a December 2, 2009, inspection conducted by EPA. The violations found include, but are not limited to, failure to properly maintain required records of daily operations, and failure to capture and control all process-generated wastewater. The respondent shall immediately comply with all provisions of the AO.
