Violation: The Respondent's tank battery facility was a point source which discharged brine to a tributary of Skiatook Lake. The discharge was observed by the EPA on January 5, 2010 by the EPA.
Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent requiring the following: 1) cease and desist the discharge; 2) remove all the brine and contaminated soil located in between the facility and the point of entry; 3) remove all the brine from the impacted water body; 4) and submit written certification.
