This administrative settlement agreement and order on consent is entered into voluntarily by the US EPA and Honeywell International Inc. for the preparation and performance of remedial investigation work at the North Hollywood Operable Unit of the San Fernando Valley (Area 1) Superfund Site located in Los Angeles, California. It also requires the reimbursement of future response costs incurred by EPA in connection with the work.
