On February 5, 2010, EPA Region III issued Notice of Determination to Albright College based on self-disclosures provided by Albright College pursuant to the Agreement between the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania (ÂAICUPÂ) and EPA dated March 24, 2004, regarding violations of the CWA, EPCRA, and RCRA at Albright College located in Reading, Pennsylvania.
