Respondent had the following violations which required issuance of an Administrative Order; failure to take both annual and weekly inspection reports, deficiencies in storm water BMPÂs, failure to implement the waste portion of the SPPP, failure to report noncompliance items, failure to submit an RFA, and failure to have a spill kit on site.
