Highway Safety Corp. d/b/a Connecticut Galvanizing has agreed to pay a $42,700 penalty to settle EPA claims that the company violation Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA). Respondent operates a hot-dip galvanizing facility located in Glastonbury, Connecticut. EPAÂs complaint alleged that Respondent violated EPCRA 313 by failing to complete and submit Form Rs for zinc compounds manufactured at the companyÂs facility from 2006 to 2008.
