The Respondent was assessed a civil penalty of $1,800 for violations of the Lead Act and will conduct a supplemental environmental project (SEP) in the form of a window replacement project (lead-based paint abatement) and post-abatement clearance testing designed to protect tenants from potential lead-based paint hazards by replacing windows in five rental units. The respondent must spend at least $16,200 to complete the SEP.
