On April 1, 2010, EPA issued an Administrative Compliance Order (CWA-10-2010-0133) to Robert and Nancy Loomis for unauthorized discharges of fill material into wetlands and stormwater associated with industrial activity on their property in Haines, Alaska. The CO required the Respondents to prepare and implement an approved wetlands restoration plan, to develop and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, and to obtain permit coverage under the Construction General Permit.
