On March 10, 2010, EPA Region III issued Notice of Determination to Villanova University based on self-disclosures provided by Villanova University pursuant to the Agreement between the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania (ÂAICUPÂ) and EPA dated March 24, 2004, regarding violations of the CWA, EPCRA, and RCRA at Villanova University located in Villanova, Pennsylvania.
