Respondent was not performing Lead-Based Paint Disclosure for at least three of its properties (totalling 36 residential units) at the time of the inspection. Properties are located in New Jersey. Violations include failure to attach the following documents in contract to lease: lead warning statement, statement disclosing the presence of lead, list of records or reports pertaining to lead-based paint, a statement affirming the receipt of information by the lessee, and signatures certifying to the accuracy of statements.
