Based on information provided by NYSDOH, the Wellsville Village monitored their source water as required and Wellsville contests the results of the sample collected on July 1, 2009 and will be collecting a replacement sample in the first week in July 2010. This Order establishes an alternate compliance schedule for Wellsville with injunctive relief for one set of samples analyzed for E. Coli and reporting to comply with the requirements of the SDWA and 40 CFR 141.701-141.706.
