Respondent is owner of the property where the Electro Tech facility was formerly operated, and has agreed to perform a removal action. The scope of the project includes removal and disposal of electro polishing wastes found in the tanks and containers, removal and disposal of contaminated equipment and debris, and decontamination of building surfaces (floor, walls, and ceiling).
